In reference to Adamixoye's point... you can shorten a full list by using [ CODE ] and [ /CODE] (*no spaces, like QUOTE tags) to make the full list scrollable if it matters. Leaving it as the first post in the thread certainly works, but if Source Audio takes over the world's pedalboards, the list may get too long for the post. You know... keep the forum clean. :D

So I got to play with the Orbital a bit yesterday and already found two great presets that were the intention of getting it in the first place: a nice 8 stage phaser and an almost synthy reverse envelope resonator. I already have my chorus, vibe, and flanger sorted by other pedals, but those aspects of the Orbital sound pretty good. Definitely a keeper, and super versatile.

Can I get a number?

I went to the Source Audio site and saw the Wah Filter with HH3 priced at $169.00, but to the right said $149.00. Didn't discount in the cart, though.

Sorry, that is a mistake. The $149 was the old wireless sensor. The $169 is with the Hot Hand 3. That is a good deal, because the Hot Hand 3 is $149 all by itself!

Having also a Programmable EQ and a Dimension Reverb on my board should get me number 171!?
I'm desperatly trying to avoid getting drawn into the Source Audio vortex, sell half my board and get the Manta, the Orbital, the OFD and the whole midi thang...I don't know if I can fight it...One thing's for sure, you guys haven't been of any help...

Anybody had any trouble with 'popping' when they turn on an SB2 pedal? I'm on tour in Japan & using a OneSpot to power my whole board (2 SB2 pedals, programmable eq, MXR BOD and a TC Polytune mini). The OneSpot sounds ok & has enough juice - it's also rated for the local power. The pop is pretty loud with my Dimension Reverb, not as bad with the OFD. I'm assuming it's a power issue. (Although this Polytune can act a little whacky sometimes- intermittent noise, etc. I occasionally have to cycle the power to fix it...)

Every once in a while my SB2 Dimension Reverb will act a little wacky. I recall having to power it off and power it back on to get the footswitches to operate correctly on a couple different occasions. But these instances have definitely been the exception to the rule.

Also, sometimes when I first engage my Dimension Reverb, it will make a very audible popping sound. If I press the footswitch on and off a few times, though, it goes away. (?)

So I'm waiting on my Dimension Reverb and Programmable EQ pedals. And I'm reading and learning all this stuff about MIDI.

So how do I update the firmware for a pedal? I read the manual and it said go to the website and I can't find any info on the website. I am pretty computer savvy.

Yeah, it's popping after leaving it after soundcheck. I stomp it on for our first song & 'pop'! Then, it seems to get better.

Perhaps a static charge building up?

I *believe* you need the Hub to update the firmware. I have the hub and have updated my Reverb successfully. It's easy from within the computer based Hub software.
