Also, sometimes when I first engage my Dimension Reverb, it will make a very audible popping sound. If I press the footswitch on and off a few times, though, it goes away. (?)

I did some experimenting in my hotel room today with a headphone amp. It's a grounding issue using the OneSpot I think. If I touch any jack shield/sleeve the popping disappears. Weird.

I'm pretty sure my Reverb bypass option is backwards from the online manual, too. True Bypass seems to be activated when holding down the left footswitch. When I choose the right button at startup and pull the power, I lose signal. Choosing the left at startup and pulling the power and signal passes no problem. Am I right?

I'm using a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2 for my PT-3.

I hit the Ochanomizu guitar shopping district this week. I saw an Orbital for sale. I was surprised to not see more Source Audio (I may very well have missed some though, there are so many stores).

I get back to the States next week & will be tearing my large studio board apart to build it around the OFD (as well as the Dimension and EQ). I have a feeling I'll be investing in a midi switcher after all... so many great sounds! I have about a week to rest up and reconfigure the board before I start work on an album project.

So, I was resetting my orbital to factory settings on the quad chorus and it totally glitched out on me. It totally went into a ring mod and sounded totally crazy. I have no idea what I did, but I do know both preset lights were on. I took a pic and a short video. I'll post them in a bit when I get home.

Yeah the reverb is great! I use it mildly with Fretless, upright, and NS and very boldly and mildly with my fretted 6.

Well, I have a problem. I can't press the left preset once the right preset is on. Say I have the right preset engaged, then I'll try to engage the left while the right is engaged and nothing happens. It doesn't switch to the left preset, or just stays on the right one. Also, the right preset is engaged and the left preset blinks every 3 seconds or so. Something is wrong..... Mind you the left preset can only be engaged if the right one is turned off by me first. Then I can switch the left one on. But on my manta, and if I remember correctly my orbital did this before too, if I am on the right preset, all I need to do to disengage that one and engage the left one is step on the left footswitch and it will disengage the right one and engage the left one at the same time. The orbital is not doing that anymore. I have unplugged the power source a few times too.

Sounds like you're in tap tempo. Just turn off the tap function.
