Or, failing that, could I assign a 2-and-2 setup where 2 knobs control 2 parameters of the fuzz and 2 knobs control 2 parameters of the distortion?

No, this was an early product, so the 4 onboard knobs control both side of the pedal. Ventri, Collider and EQ2 offer independent control of the 2 sides of the pedal.

Im sure I’ll end up getting one as well. I had the aftershock for a while. I did like it. I just never fully dug in. So I ended up not using it much. This one though, good lord. It seems completely endless!!!! I love it and I’m sure I’ll be getting one as soon as they’re available.

Thing is, I love the Aftershock. This multiwave just adds more goodness that must be had!

Hi there! I'm pretty new to FX pedals. I just started building this board earlier this year and I've become smitten with the One Series pedals. I also have a Neuro Hub underneath. I preach about these pedals to all the musicians I know and play with. Not only do they sound good and satisfy me sonically and musically, but I'm a gadget nerd and these really scratch that itch. I do find that they all require a power cycle after an hour or so of heavy editing, but that didn't come as a big surprise. I can't believe they crammed as much as they did in these little stompboxes!

Currently running everything with a Neuro daisy chain to my tablet and the app and I also use my laptop if I need a better visual. My heart wants a Morningstar MC8, but my brain and wallet want a DMC Micro. I'll probably purchase a Micro and a Lunar Phaser today because I just sold a couple of pedals on Reverb that were basically obsolete because of these ones.

I wanted a C4 Synth as soon as I started building my board but I had no idea just how much it could do or that all these One Series connected together the way they do.

The Aftershock was an impulse buy a couple of months ago and it's probably the best impulse buy of my entire life.

I've spent more time on the EQ2 than the other ones combined trying to figure out what's best for each of my 4 basses and 2 vastly different amps.

I should have everything running stereo into matching amps/cabs by next summer, but I'm having a BLAST testing it all out on these ones. My girlfriend, however, doesn't seem so appreciative of the noise lol.

I'd like to have a Collider but I don't really NEED one. I'm currently using my Canyon delay as a looper to test out knobs and I don't really use it for much else. I definitley have room for it though!

I'm extremely curious to see how well this new "in the works" pedal functions as a compressor compared to my Keeley Bassist. It's not often you see a compressor with stereo ins and outs.

I feel like a mad scientist sometimes, but I like the term "Sorcerer" a lot better! I have about a billion questions that I can't think of at the moment so can I get a number? I'll be here a while!

Maybe go for an MC3? There’s so much more you can wrest from the SA pedals with a capable MIDI controller.

Yea, I've kinda figured that. I've strongly considered the all of the Morningstar controllers. I didn't buy the Micro today like I said I would. I do want something that can eek out every last thing these SA pedals have to offer and then some. There's a brand new MC8 for sale on Reverb by Morningstar for almost $100 off retail and it's just taunting me.

They are constantly evolving. They recently added functionality where entering or exiting a bank can send messages, engage other presets. Moving an expression pedal can now also trigger non-expression messages. A preset in one bank can trigger additional presets in any other bank too - these are filtered per action so you can, for instance press switch A in bank 1 and have that engage, say, only the double-tap message assigned to preset H on bank 22! It has, as the quote goes, become more powerful than you can possibly imagine.

Seems like a no-brainier. I paid full price when it first launched for my MC8 after having had the MC6 for just a couple of weeks. Worth every penny.

I can't say I'd really need all that stuff for actual gig work, but the tech nerd side of my brain is working through the cascade effect you just described. As if I didn't want an MC6 enough before! lol
