Other random question, this is a deeper pull

The HH3 receiver/base does not like sticky stuff stuck to it (e.g., Velcro). What does anyone else use/do?

Found it to be the only way to stop messing with them…Got them dialed in and controlled by an mc8.

Hopefully some of you guys can solve this issues I'm having as it seems source audio is on vacation. I have four pedals connected to my Neuro hub. It only detects two. All firmware is updated. Now when I connect the pedals individually the software detects them, but only two through the hub. And I've done a factory reset on the hub. Any ideas?

Which pedals? Have you tried switching the cables from the ones that do register to the others? It’s possible there’s a bad cable.

Does telling the hub to rescan the pedals help at all?

Yes and only the Atlas and c4 show through the hub, the lunar and aftershock do not..
Are you sure you emailed sourceaudio.net? I just quick looked through the list and see no email with this specific issue. Unless you emailed Niko directly. Probably need to do a bootload on the affected pedals.
