Did you rescan each time you swapped ports? Just trying to make sure you didn’t overlook anything before you declare it defunct.
No I tested each cable with each pedal discovered which cables and which ports were good or bad. I now have a firm understanding of what's going on with the rig. A bad hub along with non compliant cables. So now time for a new hub and cables...

The point is, if you don’t rescan when swapping cables, ports, and pedals, you won’t know if the issue is fixed. You either need to turn power off/on, or rescan.

Well I did restart the Neuro app every time I tested the cables then I connected all the working cables to the hub. Don't know how rescanning would make the port that isn't working work. But I'll do it. Don't know what difference to expect well I do but I'll do it anyway...

Restarting the app doesn't do anything. Telling the Hub to rescan (or turn power off/on) is the only way for it to pick up any changes to which pedals are connected. So it's impossible to test different cables or different ports without rescanning. For example, if the bad port was the one previously tested with a TRS cable, plugging in a proper TRRS cable will never work until a rescan is done.

Rescanning didn't make the port work...
 
@odarellmc - i dont know if you have tried this yet, but i had to do the factory reset/bootloader process on my Ultrawave recently as it wasnt responding to much of anything. After that i had no issues. My symptoms were similar to yours, the hub wasnt recognizing the pedal, i was having switch issues as well- the reset/bootloader worked like a charm. Took only a few minutes and i was back in business. Its an easy process.

Random question about the Collider (love this pedal, btw):

Is there a way to phase invert the mono output? There's a lot of deep edit software settings, kinda hoping there is a 180' phase flip setting. I'm running a parallel setup and when I engage my Collider I hear some cancellation happening. Flipping the phase on my mixer does the trick, but that's not practical when using it in a stompbox/performance setting.

I don't have a Collider, but I am curious about this. I didn't think phase affected delay/reverb, is it the clean signal that you are getting phase issues with? I believe it's possible to use analog dry thru with this pedal, I would assume that should fix any phase issues (if it is toggleable)? Or if the phase issues are actually with the pedal itself, perhaps you want to turn analog dry thru off?

I have the Collider in a true bypass loop strip - I am using buffered bypass on the pedal itself so I can use trails when wanted. So, I can completely take the collider out of my signal path or have it in the path with trails enabled. With the pedal in the path & bypassed (buffered output mode) I am getting the phase cancellation when blended with a direct signal (before my effects board).

I could put something like a BJF buffer w/phase switch in my delay loop, but if Source has already built in a trick - that would save me $90 or so....

I read the manual and did a google search. I didnt see a setting listed. Sometimes the Source Audio guys have a workaround - they're pretty responsive and awesome in that regard when it's possible.

Yeah I'm looking at the software now and I don't see anything directly related to that. Maybe there are some settings that could get you the same effect. So you're just looking to invert the phase?

this isn’t making much sense. Usually if there’s a phase issue, it’s gonna be when the pedal is engaged, shouldn’t be having phase issues when bypassed. Is there something in your loop switcher that’s flipping the phase?

No, its a passive switcher. I've had it about 20 years snd haven't had this problem. I believe the buffered output of the Collider must be 180' out of phase with the input. I should note that I hear the phase cancelation both with the effects engaged or while buffered bypassed.

If the buffered bypass allows trails, then it’s most likely a DSP bypass which means it would be adding a bit of latency, which isn’t 180’ out of phase. That can make fixing issues more complicated of course. I’m just speculating of course, it could very well also be flipping the phase entirely but I’m not sure why it would do that.
