Thanks for the quick reply, Will. I was asking about the non-pro Classic Distortion. I'm sure the Pro is the way to go but from a financial perspective I have to limit my choices to the low end models...for now that is. Thanks for getting that info out to us.

One of the reasons I picked up an SA pedal apart from it being a cool pedal was the service you guys offer. Nice to see you guys on here answering everyone's questions.
So I've had the pedal for a little more than two weeks and everyday I jam with it, it's been even more fun. The hot hand is alot of fun to just fool around with. So now I just need to find musicians to jam with and try and get time away from my main band to jam :P

I know I have said this before, but I need to say it again.

Last night I was carefully proofreading the final draft new Soundblox 2 Dimension Reverb manual. This pedal (and its other SB2 siblings) has so many nice little refinements, features and details which have grown out of the extensive and productive conversations we have here about the lack of perfection in our past products. Let me give a couple of examples:

ANY of the knobs on these products can be assigned to the expression pedal or Hot Hand. In addition, you can define the range of the knob which the expression pedal is controlling!

It is possible to easily determine the knob settings of any preset. No more guessing and/or forgetting.

I actually enjoyed reading the manuals!

Thanks to all of you for the constant flow of feedback on our products. It is incredibly valuable.

Any idea why mine doesnt?
Do you send a Midi start?

Thanks,

T.

I'd have to dig back through my Eventide Space Manual, but I think there is just a global midi setting to send midi clock info I activated. It was really easy and straight forward from what I remember. Do you have an expression pedal hooked to your BEFPro? That controls at what note duration it moves with the midi clock (quarter notes, 8th notes, 16th, etc.) Maybe the midi clock sync won't work without? I'm kind of new to midi, maybe one of the actual SA guys can chime in. Sorry I wasn't more help. :(

Please describe your set up with more detail. What is the source of your MIDI clock. "Foot Controller" is a bit vague. Are you sure you are generating a MIDI clock. What cable are you using from the source of the MIDI clock to the BEF Pro? Lets get started there and we should get this sorted out. MIDI is not too complicted. (at least that is what Jesse tells me :hiding:)

i narrowed my setup to just the BEFpro and my controller : the Gordius Little Giant, connected to eachother with a normal 5/5pins MIDI cable

i am able to select presets on the BEFpro using this setup (so i guess cable is working)

my LittleGiant is sending MIDI Clock (checked with Midi-OX)

nope, no pedal connected to the BEFpro
(i have one connected to my LittleGiant which i am able to use to morph my MWBD from preset 1 to 4, 2 to 5, ... using MIDI)
