Special Edition Build-Off -- K-Space

The fretboard will run the entire length of the neck, with the heel adjust an access hole will be required. I also painted the well black to make it less conspicuous.

Epoxy applied and into the clamps:

That’s a tough one. I quite like the square end contrasting all the body curves.

how about copy the curve between the 2 horns onto the end of the FB?

While I like the idea, I don't think there's enough overhang to do it. I'll check but I think I'll end up bringing it flush with the neck heel.

Super hi-tech routing template for "-." (or is it ".-"?) for the 12th fret inlay:
the square hole is 1/4" square, the rectangular one is 1/4 x 1/2" the block between is the 5/32" space between.

Plan is to align the square with the center dot, rout out one "-" with a 3/16" top bearing pattern bit, rotate to rout the other "-", then rout the dot as a square with rounded corners. The markers should be easy to cut to shape from some gold MOP material I purchased off of ebay.
