Kinda hit a of couple snags in the design process of the pick upI too have limited tools. It's always a fun challenge to use tools not necessarily made for a specific task and end up with same results.

I want to use a PAF pickup cover to kinda bring the pickup into one piece some how ?
Just ordered some different sized orthodontic rubber bands

Floating pickup idea comes from , design out of necessity...So the rotating magnet and pickup under one cover, nice. I guess the big challenge is to get it to all fit in the PAF cover. It looks like the bearing/bracket might be a bit too big, would you have to modify that? It sounds like you have a handle on things, you'll get it figured out. I never would of thought of a floating pickup let alone do it.![]()
