Thanks guys!!....Hands down the best bass sound I ever heard and easiest neck to ever play...I ordered that new white ns2 this year cost me $4500 this one blows it away....and this ones half the price($2800). Worth every Penny!. It has nickel strings but sounds powerful and thick seems like they are steel strings. What a nice neck....same thickness as the Ns2a's I have but the sound is crazy. Also i can pop the "g" string no problem but the new Ns2's the neck is very close to the pickup its harder to pop that "g" string....Gassed!!!!

Just as the slogan says Bases Built For a Lifetime, and here is a bass from 1984 still kickin some A** :bassist:

I lowered the neck pickup a little more then the bridge pickup now and I'm really liking the way it sounds now. I'm definitely in no rush to swap out preamps now.

And I really love the inlays, something tells me I would get the decal inlays and put them on the neck anyway. It wouldn't be too bad, though. I wanted a bass for standard and drop d, and another one for drop c, so if the price is right I may bite!

Besides loving this bass...I can say the Ns2a body is very,very similar...except the sound on this thing is crazy, mad crazy!!!...Thanks again Sam(wise)!!!!....(gamgee):bassist:

Damn! I like mad crazy!!! Makes me want to accelerate time for my NS2 to be ready!!!!!!!!! Dr. BROWN!!??

I have more respect for the ns2a's....the body is like almost identical...same body, neck...of course when you plug it in its a different world.....Someone should snag that ns2a on ebay. Its the rear ones with the inlays...last I checked It was $500....I really believe ns2a's should be around $1000...they are so under valued.
