My strings of choice are Labella Hard Rockin' Steels. I use the standard gauge set, .45-.128. These are pretty stiff rounds, more like Roto 66's vs. a looser string like High Beams, Sunbeams, etc.
Does the 35" scale of a Spector 5 make a big difference in tension? Would it be better to use a lighter gauge or should I stick with what I typically use?
