so im debating whether or not to maybe swap out my korean haz copy for a trim tonepump. i really was digging the sound of the tp in my legend last night. im thinking maybe i want to do a trim tp with 18v. if anyone's interested, pm me and maybe we can figure something out

I can definitely understand this. But I'll be honest with you, the tone was worth the adjustment sacrifice for me. I've got big palms and short fingers, but love wider spacing (a like Laklands - probably my ideal) but when I heard the tone from a Euro 5, that was it for me, so the compromise on spacing was worth it and now I'm very much used to it. I couldn't handle the combination of tight spacing and C profile neck on the US models though, so the Euro 5 is my ideal neck profile for narrower spacing. If I were to ever own a US 5, I'd have to custom order an Alex Webster neck profile.

I'd have to play one to see. The other 5 I played for a while was a borrowed MM Sub with 17.5 spacing. It was only when I slapped and popped that my fingers got caught up in the strings regular finger style was ok. A small-bodied Spector 5 would be nice the Schecter is heavy and hangs like an anchor on me as was the MM. It won't be anytime soon though anything besides a Performer is way out of the budget.

yes. the original sadowsky steels. the bass reminds me a LOT of my modulus Q5 tonally. got a little stingray happening along with it. very different from a PJ four string.

The ssd ns on eBay - asked for better pics the day it was and still nothing . Pretty sure it's little to no flame in the wings .

You're killing me! I love the color on that thing. I couldn't move my extra SR5 and the market seems ****** in general so I have doubts about raising the funds. Damn economy!
