I found a used NS-2 neckthru at my local GC yesterday and made the mistake of plugging it in. I'm in love, amazing instrument, low action, even sound across all 4 strings and almost TOO comfortable.

The downside, I have no money.

So looks like I can get this bad boy refinished for a decent rate:

Now I'm trying to decide on color. It's going to be translucent, and my top three choices are purple, green and red in that order. Here are the specific color samples from Pat Wilkins' site I'm thinking:
