I was reading today that the NS2o almost always came with the keoran haz copy. Good to know, must have been the equivalent of the Forte today. No inlays also.

Are there any Bass-places a little further north there? Down here we have BassNorthwest in downtown Seattle (& .com). I paid $1,699 for my barely used Forte-X, which I thought was reasonable. Includes free set-ups for as long as you own it with them too, which is a nice touch. Great to deal with all around I think![]()
Buy used!
In about 6-7 months I will have at least 2 Euros up for sale-probably three.![]()
I'm in Nanaimo, BC. Vancouver Island. The closest Spector dealer is in Alberta. -_-
The stores around me don't carry Spectors, or won't take them on trades or consignment.

I see on the new website that there is a tab for a Coda Pro model (Korean). Is that new for 2013? Cant wait to see the specs and full pics of it.![]()

My dream bass.In for 2013 with my stable of four. My resolution. Add one US Spector before year end. May need to sell a few of these, but I hear that might be a wise thing to do.

congrats brotha!!!As of today...I'm officially retired!![]()
Only been waiting since May 2012! :scowl:
Now back to our regular scheduled programming.![]()
This makes me excited.... I have wanted to try a coda, but I definitely don't miss playing jazz basses, and won't be playing them with Defy Tolerance. So an affordable "Pro" series would be a nice addition for my "at home" sessions.I see on the new website that there is a tab for a Coda Pro model (Korean). Is that new for 2013? Ya that works just fineIn and on steroids from the chemo today, so wide awake at 1:00 AM. Just got home and some of the black hardware got here (bridge isn't here yet...) for my Coda deluxe so I put it on. I always loved the Black hardware on the maple, what do you guys think?

This^ is Seinfeld material, hahaha!Half the time when I walk into a bar or gig, the conversation goes as follows:
Bar Dude: "What kind of bass is that?"
Me: "It's a Spector ReBop"
Bar Dude: "Oh, is that some Chinese thing?"
Me: "No, it's the Czech-made equivalent of a US Spector."
Bar Dude: "Oh, I've never heard of them. Why don't you play a Fender or Gibson?"
Me: *drinks beer while shrugging*
Congrats on the new to you NS-2J Sam! Looking forward to your new sound clips. Finally in with an updated Photo.
The Orange Kramer NS-2 has departed
Added is a Special 1987 NS-2 Neck-Thru J/J.
It is my understanding, as per the Kramer books, this bass was originally made for Ian Hill but Ian decided on a Gold Finish J/J model instead.
Photos below show the bass from the Kramer Factory back in 1987.
Also added to the family is a TC Electronics BH-250 Head with the TonePrint feature. (As recommended by the Amp Pimp)
I will be posting some new comparison P/J vs J/J clips soon recorded with the BH-250.
Also added a Spector Logo 12 Fret inlay sticker on the Forte. (Thank you, MrBassie)

Thanks Donny!congrats brotha!!!
Dragging myself in here.
I can't into Photography, so no new picks, it's just a boring Performer anyway, wait about a year before seeing something a bit nicer.
How was everyone's new year?

E...have you connected a second battery and tried it at 18V? I ran the Forte 4 @18V for awhile before I sold it to you and it is a whole different beast. Give it a try.
