Tech question:

I am going to keep the tonepump in one of my 435lx's for now. I want to switch to a single volume + balance pot though. I recall EMG balance pot, but I don't see it on their site. Anyone know what I need and where to get it?

Guitar Center is where good gear goes to die; I recently purchased a used Aguilar 410 from a northern california location and had it shipped it to a local store for pickup.

Fortunately I also opened it and gave it a test run before leaving the store; all four of the drivers were completely blown. :scowl:

Hey, you fancy people. This is not Spector related but I figure you guys might know a thing or two about where to get custom brand name decals for headstocks..

I'm restoring an old beaten strat, replacing all the hardware, custom finishing it and engraving the neckplate as a gift for my 2 year old daughter. She loves to play with me and I just have this thing laying around so I decided to do it :)

But I want the headstock to say her name, and I am nooo good at hand painting, so does anyone know where I can get some custom decal? I'm a graphic designer so I can photoshop any kind of wordmark I want, just where to send?order it? :)

(I'll get her a bass when her tiny little hands grow big enough to handle it, she has long fingers already ;))

I hope so!

I've been the proverbial "kid in a candy store" these past couple years when it comes to basses, and my goal now that I have tried out many different ones is to settle in to 2 or 3 basses I will use all the time. I kind of gave myself the luxury of owning a few extra Euros just for each tuning situation, but realistically, I can cover everything I want to do with less than I have now.
