So cool... Rudy Sarzo playing a Spector EURO4LX at the Bass Player Live concert this past weekend.

Not much going to top that off. He more than paid his dues in metal.
Sorry if I missed it: Is he not endorsing his Peavey Sarzo Cirrus anymore?

Rudy's a great one. So underrated. Played with so many iconic acts in many sub-genres of metal.
Currently (with his brother, maybe) in the Geoff Tate version of Queensryche, correct?

That's cool, I asked on our facebook page about song ideas and they posted over 20 tunes (some we already covered at one time) so I'll take the list to the guys in the band to see if they want to select anything, it's actually been very busy for us playing every weekend which has interrupted my Scotts bass lessons a little...lol

We try to get together every weekend (that we can). We love to rehearse.

I'm glad it got there safe and that you are getting reacquainted. Wouldn't it be possible to remove the bridge and ream out the holes with a good quality drill bit? That way you can use the strings that you are used to.

Ya but that scares me lol. I forgot how much i like the lighter gauge strings.... a different pop for sure.

He killed it too... great tone and great energy on stage.

Ya he is using spectors in queensryche. I got to talk with him a bit at BPL and he is absolutely in love with spectors. He is buying or bought a coda too. A truly nice guy too.

Here is my jar just my phone mic picking up the bass. And my first attempt at any kind of tapping... be kind lol

I love this! Your son in the background makes it even better. If this is not a Defy song, it should be.

We like to get together unless we are playing shows, out of the last 10 weekends we played 8 of them so I'm thinking we will take the next 2 off and then pick it back up to learn some songs....unless the phone starts ringing, I did set the price high for New Years and Christmas events but we will see how that plays out.

We always have priced New Years at double our normal price.
Get it while you can!

We do the same for New Years and Christmas parties we up it a couple hundred or double our current rate depending if its private or a company event, the only problem is that the 'up and coming acts' like to under-cut and we currently have 6 clubs in negotiation but lost one due to price...but, that's ok.

My 1994 Woodstock SSD #110.....I have it listed for $1450....
