OK, I did enough research to confuse myself. Is the OBP-3 a 4-knob or 5-knob setup? I see wiring diagrams online that show both configs. Ugh!

They make both configurations, this particular one has the stacked bass/treble pot and is for either the standard 4 knob configuration or a 5 knob configuration with an added tone pot.

However, it's also currently on hold pending payment for another club member

For Spectors the OBP 3 are 4 knob setups. If I had the cash I'd buy it and figure out how to make it work in my Coda 5XL DLX. My favorite pre!

Seen some weird ones but, never like this. Where is your battery clip? It should be mounted on the circuit board.

I took it off....it didn't quite fit when I stuck it in the Forte. I wish I made photos of it before I installed it. It clearly says "haz" etched on the circuit board.

Now Matt, you know as well as I do that there's no cure for SAS. All we can do is treat the symptoms by buying more Spectors.

I got my Legend back today after having the fretless neck Todd got for me installed. Hopefully learning to play fretless will take my mind off the Forte4SS.
