I'm listening to some just about final mixes of our debut album. Man, our producer is such a talented guy and I am SO HAPPY with my bass tone! The Spector growl is just shining through on a few tracks!!!!

The second trip in the studio where we just about junked everything from the first weekend was well worth it. This time my signal was a combo of my new Reddi di and my Fender 100t mic'd through a vintage Ampeg 810 for the dirt. The addition of the US18v preamp to my black 435lx made a huge difference in that "growl"!

I had a feeling you'd really dig a Spector if you got one. Between that and that stunning purple Sadowsky of yours, that is a stellar combo of basses!

I love my NS2A, glad I pulled it back out of its case and got hooked on Spector basses again...here is a couple pictures of it!

Nice.

I saw some interesting electric violins at NAMM, some with up to 6 strings and frets like a guitar, or a cello that you wear but still play upright. Cool stuff.
