Took me years to get my first Spector but that itch started way back when.

I was into the whole 80's metal/glam thing as well. It started to turn with Skid Row's Slave to the grind cd. That moved me to more hard rock less glam. Looking back a few of the 80's artist I listened to had a Spector....
 

Awesome! Spector bahama blue color coordinated hair on one post and a Spector tattoo on another post. Makes me want to run out and have an Alex Webster blood splatter painted across the hood and front bumper of my car (need to buy a black car first). On second thought, most people wouldn't get it and I'd probably get pulled over by the cops.

I saw some interesting electric violins at NAMM, some with up to 6 strings and frets like a guitar, or a cello that you wear but still play upright. Cool stuff.


Cool! I was thinking last night what it'd be like to have fretted instruments like that. I'm betting none of it is available here though.
