Which one is better? build,quality sound etc.

I know, not specifically what the OP asked about, but it does showcase the versatility of these basses, granted a 4002 is a far cry from a 4003 in terms of rarity.

I'm not saying you can't play that on a Ric, I'm saying it just doesn't sound that good.

also, the ideal tone i like is like Sludge Factory my Alice in Chains, can someone tell me if thats a spector? cuz it REALLY soounds like it. and any stingray owners here, can you please give me some settings to get that tone????:)
