Which Pre-amp is this?
I know it's EMG.... But its shouldn't be in my NS-2J should it?
I thought they only came with the the Aguilar OBP-2 or the 9v USA Spector ... oh wait ... that's the HAz but...
I should really do research on it before I ask, but I'm being lazy:D

Well, ya I am pretty happy with the Legend but,....
I paid less for my NS-2J than the Legend costs...:hiding:
and it sounds and feels waaaaaaaaaaay better than my Legend...

Well, I paid much less for my Legend than usual... I won it in a giveaway from metalsucks.net and Between The Buried And Me, with a bunch of stuff from D'Addario and Planet Waves. And some other stuff too.

And, to clarify, I play through another amp at my college which makes my bass sound, well, not that good. It's only when I'm playing through my rig that I achieve my GAS-free zen. The recipe is perfect!

I hear ya on the different sounds on different amps.

+1 I'll vouch and support you on that one! As it is with my NS-2A. I started with my legend 4 but then I bought the NS-2A...then I found out what I was missing! :D. I'm a neck thru customer now!!!
