It may be easier with washes, but we just switched over to an LED light system, not the Chauvet, but the other system. The 4 LED lights unfold from a case right onto the stands. Slave one to the other, one or two LED effect light on top and voila. Saving lots of set up time compared to the old par cans. We're loving 'em. Considered washes, then decided - why do we need to add to our set up time any more.
