Double Bass Stagg eub hard case

Hi Guys. I am absolutely new to the upright bass but am fulfilling my dream of playing one. Only had the Stagg for a few weeks but it is perfect for me -size, looks, sound and price!

I noticed that a few Staggs have been damaged but no one has mentioned the hard case option (which I bought right away). It is far superior to the gig bag for protection. Made with the same rigid case material you find on guitar cases but has a very plush inside finish and custom cradles that hold the bass in place perfectly. Also has an ample accessory bin which can hold all the stuff. Full "buy now" price on ebay was just $99 from MusicESP.

I'll never likely use my brand new gig bag so if someone out there can use it, we can talk! Here are some photos...

I wouldn't be surprised to hear that the Eminence and the Stagg were manufactured in the same factory.

I checked out the eminence site to see if the Stagg hard case might fit. http://www.gollihurmusic.com The Eminance looks amazing!

Seems the Eminance only has a hard case for the removable neck models. Odd eh, as they need the protection a little less than the fixed necks
Internal width of Stagg case is only 5" so definitely wouldn't do

He He. Agreed. My point was more that if I can't get my Eminence fixed and playable again, a new EUB would come with the requirement of a hardshell case...
