Standard Operating Procedure for Older Threads

I just start a new thread, because I want an answer to my question and I want to discuss things with people who are active now, not who died in 2002 right after they posted their last post. When somebody says to "use the search function" I ignore them. If they don't shut the hell up I place them on my mute poster list.

In any case, those who say that usually go to the trouble of searching for me, then conveniently posting a link right next to their angry comment, thus doing my work for me.

Not caring if those people hate me and letting them do all the work for me has worked pretty well so far. If you are burdened with a conscience over what some clowns on the internet think of your posting habit, it might not be the best strategy for you.

OR you could just use the search function.....

Note that when you bring your zombie thread to the forefront, you can talk with living, annoyed people and consult the wisdom of sages past -- accessible to all parties in the conveniently resurrected zombie thread.

Before you attempt to reply, I don't care what you think, but if you bothered to search, you'd already know that:

I look at really old threads I was involved in...and I'm not even that person anymore. It's as if if I'm reading a post by someone else using my name.
.

I have this experience currently as there is one member that found a strange altered pic of my actual face online (totally not knowing of any connection to me) and has it as his profile pic. Im constantly seeing myself saying things I never said. Its kinda freaky..and funny.

btw... its S.O.P to hijack threads about zombie threads with useless tangents and drivel.
