WOW! that sux!My sub just arrived via ups, in a single box with no padding aside from the flimsy white wrap around it. This is not good.

They must of run out of packing material. Mine at least had some packing in it to pad it.

The SUB Ray4 I tested out was probably right around 9lbs. Didn't seem heavy to me. I'm hoping the one I ordered is not a heavy one.On average what do the SUB Ray4 and SUB Ray5 basses weigh? This will determine whether I purchase or not. I did own a white SBMM Ray34 briefly, but it was almost 12 lbs.
