Just received replacement black tuners for my Ray 34…I emailed them on March 2 of the issue of the Tuners stripping and got them today, March 6th, under warranty…they also sent two sets of EB Super Slinky Strings, along with a Sterling hat…Tuners look like decent quality…Thanks to Josh P for the great service…
