That new Serpent Throne is really really good. I can't stop listening to it. Halfway through my third listen today.

Just epic what Rock music should be, and just trippy enough to slide into that musical trance state as well. One of those bands that make me think why do people even sing when there are still people that can make their instruments sing.

Quick question guys. I know a lot of you have had problems with GHS, but $7 seems hard to pass up...

string brand matters little to me as long as the gauges are right and theyre the style i prefer (nickel or steel or chromes, whatever). my problem with GHS in the past was that they broke very easily, but they always sounded fine to me.
if youre not killing your bass with a pick or doing your best Flea impression, for 7 bucks i say you cant go wrong.
Like Sabbath minus an octave plus heaviness...
