Stoner/Doom Bassists #64 - sensitive artsy emo chicks

In other news, I am meeting the Behavioral Health Services director tomorrow for the final interview stage. It's between me and one other person (department manager liked me and not sure she was supposed to tell me that, oh well). Hoping I do better than they do. Also, interview with Target on Wed... Inventory clerk. My buddy did WalMart inventory and started at $12 an hour, hopefully the pay would be similar.

Good luck! I dread interviews. They make me queasy.. bleh..

Gig poster done by one of the other band member's kid. the mustache is awesome.

good luck Joe!

headphone fellows - i'm interested in a pair of Grado SR80i cans, and will also be using them for late night listening to not disturb the missus and possibly during my bus commute.

since they're not big sealed headphones, will they cause a noticeable disturbance to those around me?

No the Grados won't work for either. They leak in and out way too much. You should look at a closed headphone. Audio Technica A900X maybe?

I was lucky and they were nice today. There's this one chick in there with a chip on her shoulder that gives me some major attitude sometimes and makes me want to start tearing the place apart. I have her thinking I have a screw loose now, so she's afraid, and that works for me.

Awesome, my local one is bi polar too, one day sweet as can be then next a devil woman, she says why don't you make your own account and print your own labels, because I don't sell in mass quantities that's why.

So a few pics of the Aria Cardinal Series, missing a speed knob and some chips in the body but not too bad, may need a new jack too but for $230 shipped can't beat that. I usually hate gold hardware but with the black it isn't too bad. A little awkward the short scale 24.75 inch after having been playing Fender scale so long. Dig the single coil switch, the phase switch I can't really hear much a difference between settings. Pretty lightweight too. I think some 11s or higher gauge will help with the short scale, think it only has 9s on it now, feels like strumming angel hair pasta. Also in the mailbox tonight was my Bluebeard back from Sonny with tone bypass mod, man does that increase the gain and volume, woohoo!

Nice score.
