Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

I kinda feel fortunate that I never got big into video games. I am old enough that I grew up playing pinball (at which I will kick your ass) and I remember when the first kid on the block got Pong.

I did play the early 8-bit type arcade games...I dug Centipede, Missile Command, and was especially good at Galaga.

But Playstations and Xboxes...my teen daughters have them and I like to watch them play sometimes, but I just think "No way could I learn my way around that joystick, and if I was playing that game, all that would happen is I'd get killed a dozen times per minute and my blood pressure would skyrocket..."

I can certainly see the appeal though.

So what vidya games do teenage girls play these days?

I've just now realized that, by artist, my Friday post-work $14.06 vinyl-bargain-bin raid booty is 54.5% from Michigan.

Well, their favorite is called Goat Rape Theft Auto XIV.

I guess I'm not as cool as a teen girl haven't heard of that one.

In other news that I'll do in installments as it's been a weird looooong night, I've traveled over 150 miles made $50 and got 6 free records and 6 for $6 in the last two days so here's the two best free and two best $1 ones I got (that's a first or early addition of Ray Charles's first album).

Man with a gun... Foreshadowing!

I started to think that was dickish of me, to not give a straight answer to a simple question.

I know they played a ton of Skyrim, they like Assassin's Creed and several Halo games. They play a few others but I think these are the main ones.

I wanted to get them Red Dead Redemption because I thought it looked cool, but they weren't interested.

GK 400RB sold and headed out the door today.
Hard boild eggs and banana then off to practice unless I get that call from the drummer... I need the OT, going to work.
FF sakes we have a party to play on the 9th of May. Were so close, polishing off this set list with the new Guitar player.

Rearranged the PT mini last night and wanked around for a while. Blower box is back and AMT Wah is out (for now). Stacking the Hail Satan and BB into the Rumble 40 sounds awesome.
Well see today if it works for the VTRM power amp rig.

Seriously considering pulling my pedal garage sale ad in the classifieds now and keeping the PT-1.
Kinda surprised there was little interest in the BDPG.

Nah dude it was just late and I couldn't think of a better snarky remark. it's way to easy to unintentionally sound creepy talking about another persons kids so I erred on the side of sounding less funny.

Cause I actually play all the same games as teenage girls I guess!

I kept looking at that sale, actually, and was also surprised no one was jumping on the BDPG. I've thought about picking one up, but hear that it "doesn't do clean", and I'd want a clean tone shaper. I'm happy (for now) with my dirt selection.

Yeah but are they available?
Otherwise I wouldn't go advertising them'round here.
Folks might start lowballin'you.

I guess lowballing you is better than lowballing.....

And that floodgate has opened.

@Muddslide I'll buy you a bass rig as dowery, two cabs if I can have both.
