Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

Correct, but what's this about a euro comment? Oh I think I got what you took to mean euro. Totally didn't though. I just prefer very much to discuss things like that in code. safety and it's fun.

lol grandpa got it right!

skipping a lot, Suffice to say I don't fear retribution. If they are still together, He's a head shorter, and is on a student visa, and I'm pretty sure failed his entrance exam to a masters degree. So he may be leaving, but if not he for sure doesn't have a bang bang to take out askrere.

I just can't get a bead on this girl. She's always been very forward with me for being in a relationship, but never took it to a level beyond just interesting. I can't believe though she'd seriously want to take afformentioned stuff with me in her bedroom 1-1 if she wasn't thinking of escalating that. But who knows, hence a friend who knows to come rescue me ASAP if it gets weird.

Sounds like a party brah. It may be worth the ass beating if shes really a 10. God luck and good speed.

I see now that Europe wasn't mentioned. Haha I guess that's just what came to my head with the text of the context clues.

Agreed. Many men, myself included, may never bag a legit 10. I would for sure take an ass beating for an opportunity.

Well at least you won't be shot in the back over a woman....

If it doesn't get weird, you're not doing it right, and don't deserve the time with a 10.

That one on the Facebook group?

Picked up the Producer. Met dude off I-80 in Grinnell (halfway b/w IC and DM) and made the deal. Got to jam on the head for about an hour last night. Clean tone isn't anything to write home about but it fuzzes really well. The onboard trem is rad. 240 watts at 2 ohms.

I actually think the peavey version sounds pretty good for the clean tone. The channel with all the extra EQ isn't very good sounding IMO.

Anybody ever have a dog that doesn't like bass? Barely been able to play, but it's not looking good. Wife said the dog freaked out when I played a bit a few days ago, but then a buddy played my bass and she seemed fine. Just a few minutes ago I took her into the band room (kinda, she just stared at me from the door) and played about 10 mins of low volume bass riffage. She whined a whole lot, and I kept giving her treats so she'd equate bass with good stuff. I'm concerned about band practice. This Wednesday went well, but my wife was home and had her in the bedroom. She typically stays in the living room which is directly above the practice space. My wife won't be around next week, either. Suggestions? Trying to get her to like (or at least tolerate) loud music early.

Wow, I never thought about it till now but none of my free-roaming animals ever stay in the room with my music gear, never. At leas the African Grey loves it, must be tone deaf.
