You can hit "quote" on as many posts as you like, then when you go to the reply box it gives you the options to integrate the quotes into your post. That or you can just reply directly, as was already pointed out.

You just showed me an easier way to quote. haha. Just click the reply button and it pastes it into the reply toolbar at the bottom of the page. Awesome!
Are you on the retro view setting?
