Way ahead of you. The only thing I didn't remove is the plastic on the pick guard...for now.I'd worry less about the strap and more about that Elite sticker on your pick guard. Does that thing come off?

If you spend 1k or more for a bass, the strap cost would a drop in the bucket.The Gold one would look he best with that bass--but I could never spend $99, let alone $160 on a strap...
