Strap locks, who’s using what brands?

I used to put Dunlop straplocks on every bass I buy. However, a year ago I bought a Fender American Ultra jazz that came with Fender straplocks. I liked them. Now, I have the Dunlop system in two basses, and I put Fender on the rest. I like both systems.

First ones I tried were Schaller. They came unscrewed all the time, which in retrospect shouldn't have been a surprise given their design.
Dunlops ever since, with no issues, but I'm not convinced that locking the strap on is a necessity.
I used Number One Stretch Straps throughout the 80's, throwing my bass all over and while I had a couple break, I never had one come off of the large, G&L strap buttons.
