I bought 4 Minotaur straps this summer, three with padding/stitching and one without. All three with stitching are coming unstitched around the second strap-hole from the bottom. Seeing as I am not a bloody seamstress, have had to crazy glue the stitching to keep it from running further. Major piss-off, and would not recommend their stitched work. The plain one is fine. Have a Levi's that is soft as butter, and well constructed. Also have a Neotech that is very comfortable.
Before someone asks, I did not contact Minotaur in Greece to complain about their workmanship. I would rather have the crazy glue spots than waste more of my time packaging, mailing and waiting. Just letting you know about my experience so you can weigh into your decision making processes.
