#16 is decidedly wrong - it ties "fire the drummer" to the drummer's actions. The comedy around "fire the drummer" is absurdity - it arose from a situation where other people in the band were drama queens. The drummer was NOT the source of any of the problems in the band, but the fix that they agreed on was....to fire the drummer.
