Really sorry to hear about the state of things. I could tell from the photos that you posted that you were really proud of the space. It looked awesome, both aesthetically and from an equipment standpoint, and I was even hopeful that my current project would take off to the point of being able to record there.
I'm also hopeful that things work out for you with the insurance company. When I had my own flood, the insurance adjustor was actually a lot cooler than I might have expected. On the dehumidifier front: get a hold of as many of them as you can, and keep them going overtime. I was really astounded by how much they accomplished.
There may also be a bright side. Given what you had previously said about the console, perhaps things will work out for the better. And with stripping things down to the studs, you might have the opportunity to get the place wired the way you would like for audio, power, data, etc.
Above all: stay positive! It's gonna work out in time. You've got more people pulling for you than you may realize, and I think that's due in large part to just how generous you are with your time here.
