That is a beauty. I love everything except the color of the knobs. My choice would have been black, but it's all personal preference. Very nice job.

OMG this one is nice !

I must agree on the color of the knobs and I have the same set in black color so worst case, I will do the switch.

But, I will mainly use this bass for disco music so the light red might be suitable…………. I will give it a few tries and listen to people’s opinions.

Okay so all adjustments done and gave it a first try.

Those Dimarzio Ultra Jazz pickups are hot ! I had to turn down the gain on my amp.

Not a classic vintage Fender jazz sound but "polite" enough for my smooth jazz songs nonetheless.

And those TI flats have a ton of vibrato when you sustain a note, that’s really something.

No neck dive, maybe just a little body dive which is good enough for me.

Loving it so far…………

So nice I’m afraid to take it out of the house……………….

I’m more used to "beaten dog" type of basses I can take anywhere, spilling beer on it and let in the car overnight without worrying.

Here you go : black knobs !

I did a survey (in person !) with my band mates and 4 out of 5 told me to go ahead with the black knobs to make it more "versatile" and not only limited to a few funky disco dancers. They are now there to stay !
