Supporting Membership

    i paid for a supporting membership and i can see that the money has gone from my account, but my status hasn't yet updated...this has been since Tuesday, August 1st...the $30 cleared the bank on the 2nd, if that helps...thanks!

    It's the weekend, all admins are volunteers with regular jobs in addition to playing music. I'm sure one of them will respond to the Help Desk ticket soon. It'll get sorted out.

    There should be a phone number in the details of the PayPal transaction.

    If you used Paypal, you should have gotten an email from Paypal showing a $30 payment to Talk Music Group (cssupport1@talkbass.com, 512-887-2277). When I paid for my membership, my acct updated in minutes.

    I used my debit card, would that matter? The paypal/ talk music group transaction is on my bank statement as having cleared last week

    Sounds like you just have to wait...maybe hit them up with another email and give it a few days.

    Sorry about the wait! When you paid for your upgrade, did you go through your Account Upgrades page? Or did you manually send a payment to accounting@talkbass? Just curious, trying to figure out why you weren't automatically upgraded....

    Paul, thanks, Brother...I went to the normal upgrade page and where it said you could pay with paypal or credit/debit, I chose to purchase with my debit card...I couldn't remember my paypal account password at the time, and my debit card was in my pocket...
