My YYS was 8.5 lbs, my YYD is 8.8 lbs, some of the Monarch standard Ps were close to 8 lbs even. There have been Emperor 6s that have been under 10 lbs as well, which is good for a 6.

They don't chase light weight like Sadowsky does, but if that's your main criteria, then there's a builder for that...

Although you may need to state it more than once. Had an emp II speed and weight was a primary concern. Even had it chambered. Somehow got talked into medium alder I believe cause of that and ended up being 10 lbs. Just saying, not as easy as you say.
