If I can get that head with 24 months financing then my decision between it and the D-800 will be a lot easier.

I spoke with Nick Huskins (one of the sales reps) about 3 months ago and I asked him if Sweetwater will ever carry G&L or some of the other basses that ESP/LTD makes and he said NO. He said that the Sweetwater buyers determine what is carried. I asked him if he could forward my email to those in charge of purchasing and he said he would. I've yet to hear from them.
I would never say never. We have currently chosen not to carry G&L but who knows what the future holds. I own two G&Ls and they are great! I have a Spanish Copper Metallic JB and a Tangerine Metallic ASAT Classic.
I'm stoked about Darkglass though!
That's cool. sam ash started carrying darkglass about a year ago(I think). and it's pretty cool that they and sweetwater have been doing that. especially since I'm a long time customer. I still use a darkglass vmt. I've used one as my smooth overdrive and it's still on my pedalboard.
Hey MingusBass glad to hear from you. At least there is a ray of hope that you guys might carry G&L someday. I like dealing with Sweetwater, that's why I have a card with you guys. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
