I had several Electric Blue heads. A friend of mine built a housing for one that made it look like Walter Woods. It was so cool! Have pics somewhere. Used it as preamp for a Bergantino IP112ER, what a beast tone from a small rig.

I still use my Electric Blue for "coffee shop" level gigs, and jams with acoustic guitarists. I am often complimented on the tone it produces.

Since we are on the DB side, are you using it with your upright too?

I still use my Spellbinder Blue as a monitor or for small venues: 27lb... have used it outdoors with a full trap set, 2 guitars, and a keyboard and vocals; and it held its own. (Donated my Super Redhead to a church, 140lb with the Bag End ext cab, and started all over for the big stuff.)
