SX Fretless vs. SX Ursa

So, within my price range I've narrowed it down to a SX Fretless (5 strings, jazz pickups) or some other SX Ursa. Couple things to keep in mind; I'm not a particularly advanced player, which is my main concern with the fretless, but my recent taking to jazz bass has led me to have an inclination towards it. In addition, a 4 string, righty, full scale Ursa is hard to come by.

Yeah, they make all the same models, but of course, those are the models people buy, so they're always sold out.

Yes, but they only have two Jazz full scale, a black and a sparkly blue.

As far as the original question goes, my only response is: do you want to learn 5-string and fretless at the same time? (It sounds like you would be, but no offense if I misinterpreted). If you are used to a 4-string fretted and just want that Jazz Bass sound, get the 4-string fretted Jazz.

I'm pretty familiar with 5 string, fretless will essentially be new to me. It's not totally tone, I'm also interested in learning jazz technique.

This bass is from Rondo. I have one. The bass itself is well constructed. Mine had a bad pickup so I replaced both of them. The onboard preamp works fine with the aftermarket pickups.
