Symmetrical basses?

My curiosity got the better of me and I looked at probably 30-40 SG's and EB's the past couple days and upon close examination it's actually the bass side that is minimally deeper in addition to the horn being longer.

Also while looking at so many Gibsons I happened to look at several EB-2's which were symmetrical.

A couple other symmetrical rarities I've seen lately was an Ampeg AHG-1 and an EKO violin bass!
