Maybe when the test results come back and Tim gives us all a report on it, interest will perk up again. I personally would rather have had some feedback as the tests went along but what do I know?

I don't know. I'm supposed to be on the list of testers, but I haven't heard anything in ages and I don't know when I can expect to have them.
Last I heard, John Turner got them in early march, and was going to hand off to Gard. Can we get a status up in here?

No, Tim dropped the ball when he had the original thread closed an incorporated into this one.
Tim took the mod duties in another forum and just threw it down and walked off and left it to die.
What really bothers me is that the time has nearly ran out for the tests and they go back to Tara without Bob Lee (THE ONLY TESTER ON THE LIST THAT WOULD SCIENTIFICALLY TEST THE POWER CABLE!!!) even SEEING the cable. And that's after nearly three months of (i suppose, but who knows?) being sent to a BUNCH of people who had no means whatsoever of really testing anything electronic. We were getting plenty of subjective opinions without soliciting still more subjective opinions.
Now we find that they've been laying at someones house instead of being shipped to the next tester. I thought Tim was supposed to be keeping track of the tests??? After all, he volunteered and specifically said that he would handle the logistics.
I have to wonder if Tara Labs might be getting concerned about thier merchandise. I would be if the person that I entrusted several hundred dollars worth of equiptment to apparently doesn't even know that thaey are stalled out in Atlanta.

I don't work for Tara Labs,I just really like their products.Myself and Long from Tara Labs were told that no results would be presented until all the testers had a chance to try them,maybe that is why your post was deleted.
Everybody should cut Tim some slack,getting these out to each tester takes awhile and he is doing the best he can!
If they run out of time,I'm pretty sure that Long could get Tara Labs to extend it for a little longer,but if not,I am still willing to make the drive down to LA with my own Tara Labs cables so Bob Lee can try them!

but what should have probably happened was they should have first gone to the testers who could perform actual, measurable, electronic (scoped), scientific tests on them (i.e. Bob Lee, John Turner, etc.), then gone out to the people who just wanted to hook them up and simply try to "hear" if there was any difference (obviously a much less objective & accurate measuring technique) as time allowed.

In one of your former posts in this thread you made the statement that it was a waste of time to send them to you anyway because you already knew the results. YOU said that so don't blame me if it's not what you want to hear.
I didn't say that Bob was the only one who COULD test the power cable! I said that he's the only one who WOULD perform any scientific tests. For a "mod" you have a bad habit of reading what you want to read rather than what's written.

Every word that I wrote is documented in this thread. Did Tim not volunteer to keep everyone aware of what was going on when he volunteered to take the over in his forum? Now after the "tests" are nearly out of time, Prockenclang says that an agreement was made by Tim him and Long that no results would be released until the tests were completed. Was that a secret? Tim didn't inform anyone about any such agreement.

I didn't expect Tim to do anything, You're the one who dropped the ball. At least that's what YOU said in your own post.
As far as insulting Tim, I have only pointed out the very obvious. If he chooses to be insulted, that's up to him.
