Grain fill (my bad) ! SolarEZ. Acts as a sealer coat, soaks it up quick, so coat it and rest it for a few minutes, cure it.
You do not want to let the seal coats "soak in" too much- especially in the end grain, as UV needs to get in and cure it. Sand back and repeat.

The control plate vid was recorded lit only by overcast sunlight through the UV protected Skylight in my shop. (Sorry about the messy shelves I'm still organizing)
and shows only the Grain fill. This will look spectacular when glossed.
Sanded to 600. Pretty good results will likely need 2 more coats of grain fill to seal it to a level surface.
Next 2 coats are for surface build. Will be wetter coats, partial cure in between.
Will leverage my lazy suzan.
This body has so many curves!! Lots of hand sanding of the contours ahead!
I sealed the neck,pickup, and control cavities.
Now taped off and filled wire channels control and neck cavities (so SolarEZ doesn't get to where the UV can't reach).
I'm going to use wax earplugs next time to block the channels.
Tomorrow I'm otherwise occupied. So next progress update on Saturday.

Just received my Shop Fox buffing arbor. Have a 1750 single phase motor.
Need to construct the stand for it or buy a grinder stand i have not decided yet.
Buffing compound and wheels yet to be ordered.
YAY no more hand buffing! (I'll likely not have it done before I ship this one though)
