This is the link for my NEW EHX Stereo Electric Mistress demo, to replace the old Flange + Chorus one. This new demo features a clean riff at the beginning, then a chorused version of it, then a flanged + chorused version.

But yeah, it's still a riff from Tools "Forty Six and 2," only played better this time. :D

I'm busy uploading and editing the wiki, but I notice that I can't post on the discussion page - is this a contributing member only thing or is it broken?

Could I suggest that the page be edited so that the links are more easily clickable? At the moment most of them are just a " which is a pain to click on. Remove the extraneous square brackets on the edit page and the links will become the full text of the description. See my edit in the Deep Impact section to see what I mean.

Also, I noticed that the Pitch Pirate clip URLs are wrong, both in this thread and on the wiki.

Finally, I think that either this thread should be stickied, or better yet, a new thread should be made and stickied with a direct link to the Effect sample wiki page. I've been a member of this site for a year and a half and I'd only visited the wiki once before. Plus, it takes a bit of wading to get there. If we want people to use this (and I think it's a great idea) then a direct link in a stickied thread would help.

I hear that - I knew of the wiki, but I've rarely gone there until this thread came along.

it's right up the top of the page - home | forums | reviews | wiki.

Part of the whole point of doing this was so we could all edit it, so if you have suggestions feel free to implement them :)

will get a direct link there into the fx faq shortly

Added bongomania's Frantone Bassweet clip.

THAT is the fuzz tone I've been looking for. But bongo said he'd never tried it with actives, and with past as prologue, I'm guessing this will just be another stop on TheBigO's train of fuzz disappointment. I've got an email into Frantone though, so I'll wait to see what they say before all out despair.

While I anticipate this :bawl:, right now I'm just this [Invalid or Expired Link Removed].
