TB'ers. what guitars do you like?

I've always been a fan of Fender basses and their cousins (Musicman, G&L) and I currently gig with a Musicman bass. I've played a bunch of different guitars my whole life, only to find, that I really love PRS guitars. No other guitar has felt as comfortable and easy to play as a PRS to me. Luckily, my guitarist and singer endorse PRS, so they also hook me up. I didn't spend all the money on a Maryland made model, but my SE semi-hollow electric and SE Angelus acoustic are amazing instruments IMHO.

Depends on what I want to play. For higher gain sounds I go for my flying V. More of a cleanish to slightly dirty sound I like my ash body strat. If I need to cover a few different sounds, my reverend wolfman does a great job.

Other than basses, I have some 'go to' instruments that I use for recording;
My #1 electric is an old Fender MIJ Esquire that's been modded with the Eldred wiring config
and .022 cap in the first switch position. When I need humbuckers I use an early 80's Schecter PT Telecaster with dual EMG HBs and Dual coil taps...it may be the most versatile electric guitar I've ever had. For acoustic, a Martin D41. And for banjo, a maple Yates RS. I also have a 12 string Stratocaster that I sometimes use. But one of my favorite 'coloration' sounds is to mic a Rick 330-12 at the sound hole and record it acoustically, with no amplification. It adds almost a dulcimer type of sound to the track.

Fender, almost exclusively for me. I have a Les Paul and an Epiphone SG that I pull out every now and then, but 9 times out of 10, it's a Strat or a Tele for me.

When it comes to acoustics, though, I don't really care for Fenders much. I have an old Seagull acoustic that is beat to hell, and looks like crap, but plays and sounds sublime.

I like Fender Stratocasters, however my favorite guitar is my late 70's to early/mid 80's time period Hondo H-75 (basically a Fender Bullet copy). I got it back in 1997 and it was the first guitar I ever bought/owned. I still have it however it does not leave the house much because it's a keepsake and I don't anything to happen to it.

I'm generally a handmade guy. Over the years, I've accumulated a "few". My new thing is classic guitars like the Tele or 335 with a crazy twist or two.

My Stambaugh B-Bender sports a Hipshot B-Bender, 3 Fender Noiseless pickups, 7 way Strat wiring, and a flat fingerboard radius.

I have these Taylors. The middle is a T5. The others are T3/Bs. The one on the right was modded with Lollartron pickups and a Stellartone Tonestyler, which is an updated Varitone.

I play Strats and Ibanez I would play PRS but I can't afford it. However I have an ibanez SC classic I love it has a five way switch and mahogany body pretty much can play any genre. Then I got a Mexican fender even though my ibanez can handle a lot of genres a strat sounds like a strat and you can't copy that.

I don't play guitar well enough to buy a nice one. I had a Hwy 1 Strat but sold it to buy a Precision. The guitarists in my band are LP guys but one has a Warmoth Tele that is pretty nice and another build that is modeled after a PRS Mira. My favorite of his guitars is an LP body, a Strat style neck, with two humbuckers that he can switch to single coils. I have no idea what the wood is but that thing sounds awesome. The other guitarist has a stable full of Epiphone and ESP/LTD LPs.

I have two fretted P/Js (one a MIM Fender body and maple/maple Warmoth neck and the other a Gamma) and a fretless P (also an MIM Fender body and a maple/pau ferro Warmoth neck).
