I agree, and for around town, I wouldn't use a case, but I do some all-in-ears road gigs that this amp is perfect for, but it doesn't get along too well with the other gear in the trailer.

I love the sound though, and it hasn't let me down on reliability or volume on any gig I've done yet.

Yeah. It's definitely a bit on the delicate side. I was walking out the other day and set it down to lock the front door, and the storm door swung in and put a little dent in the edge. I don't think the same would have happened with any of my other gear.

I assume it's a "cost" of having the light weight. It might be the type of wood.

Got mine last week and couldn't try it till today. Great sound coming out of this little box. I was a little scared to get it since I had to send it outside the US, but the latest reviews/reports from you guys settled me down a bit. Tomorrow I'll probably try it in a real gig, so big expectations.

I want to get something similar to that. I need to get a 2 space rack for my IEM transmitter and also my G30 wireless and Alesis Nano Compressor that I'll either velcro or wire-tie to a blank rack shelf.

Hopefully TC will come out with a envelope filter Toneprint and I can ditch my pedal board all together.

I use the same small "Roadie" road case that I used with my other combo (fits perfect) & it's not that heavy & I set the BGB250 on it at the gig.
With the BG the overall weight is 50lbs less than my previous rig ... so its still a big win weight wise & I'm afraid BG250 will still get beat up just using a cover ... its that soft!

Mine has already gotten nicked up even with the road case & me being extra careful.

Got my Switch 3 in this week and it works just fine. A bit smaller than I thought it was but that's ok. The included cable is only 5 foot so I'll have to make a longer one I like to have my pedals up front under my mic stand.

I agree that the tolex is soft and down the road I'll look into one of those covers. You can always just get an old blanket or something too.
