It should be a crime punishable by a hefty fine to serve unsweetened Iced Tea in the South unless you specifically ask for it unsweetened.
I make "dood patthi chai" (probably spelled wrong, romanizing doesn't always work)..it's basically milk tea with cardamom and cinnamon (i have it without sugar)...must have it once a day or the withdrawals start (only for a day, but still, annoying enough)
As a desi girl, knowing how to make chai is a must heh![]()
One warm pot, two bags Darjeeling, one bag Assam. Leave to stew for 10 minutes.

I have Oolong, White tea, Green tea (from the mountain where tea was first commercially grown), a form of red tea which is considered one of the top 10 (It's amazing what you can find in tea shops in Yunnan), and also some Pu'er...
Oh, and then some of the usual breakfast-type tea you find in britain. Is there anyone else here who prefers to drink tea with just tea in it (ie. no milk or anything else like that)?
