Teacher needed in Memphis,TN/Jonesboro,AR area

I know this is a long shot but I could really use some help. I consider myself to be an intermediate player. I'm NOT looking for someone to help me learn tunes, I need some help with technique, scales, chart reading, improvisation,etc.. I live in Jonesboro, I can commute a couple times a week for a good instructor.

if you've been to guitar center in bartlett/memphis, then you know where you can get really good lessons from at least two guys...saint fishy's right around the corner has a guy that teaches (great player, has a degree, et al): 901-383-6500 and then there's the american guitar institue, which, again, is right around the corner...they've got two or three bass teachers there...i think crystal and tommy are both still there...tommy is awesome...crystal is more of a guitar teacher that also plays bass, if you know what i mean...her main axe is a conklin 7 string...their # is: (901) 685-0545...they also offer yoru first half hour lesson free ;) you could also try the bartlett music academy, but i don't know their bass teacher: 901-213-4262 ...good luck, bro!
