great thread. i saw TFF last year in the bay area. curt was playing a hofner club bass and broke a string. i remember him saying this was the first time he ever broke a bass string during a concert. they sounded awesome by the way.

good info in this thread. i always assumed curt played all the basslines. didn't even know about them using pino. they must have p***ed him off!

Curt Smith left TFF for a while in the early nineties so I take it that Pino Played on that album on which Smith didn't play.

Pino was on the Sowing the seeds of love album- on all except the title track- which was Curt Smith.

I think Guy Pratt played on the TFF albums after Curt left.
